1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
- The service delivered does not align with the agreed-upon project scope or deliverables.
- Technical errors or deficiencies are found in the service that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Services not initiated due to delays on the part of Creative Bird.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind or decision to not use the delivered services.
- Delays or non-performance due to issues caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, delay in providing necessary information or approvals).
- Once the service has been fully rendered and accepted by the client.
- Any payments made for third-party services, including but not limited to domain registrations and hosting services provided by WP Swift, are subject to the terms and refund policies of the respective service providers. Creative Bird is not responsible for the refund of these third-party service fees.
3. Refund Request Process
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Creative Bird and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Creative Bird.
- Timeframe: Submit the refund request within 14 days of the project's delivery or final milestone completion
- Submit Request: Send an email to Contact@creativebird.io with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include Details: Provide your name, project name, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Supporting Evidence: Attach any supporting evidence that supports your claim (e.g., screenshots, correspondence).
4. Review and Investigation
Upon receiving the refund request, the following steps will be taken:
- Confirmation of Receipt: An acknowledgment email will be sent within 2 business days.
- Investigation: The issue will be reviewed and investigated by our quality assurance team, which typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Communication: During the investigation, additional information or clarification may be requested from the client.
5. Refund Approval
In some instances, a partial refund may be offered:
- If the project was partially completed and deliverables have been provided.
- If minor issues are identified that do not materially affect the overall deliverables.
7. Disputes and Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution:
- Initial Contact: Respond to the resolution email expressing your concerns.
- Mediation: The issue will be escalated to a senior manager for further review and potential mediation.
- Final Decision: After mediation, a final decision will be communicated to the client within 10 business days
8. Handling Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please:
- Check Financial Statements: Review your bank or credit card statements.
- Contact Financial Institutions: Inquire with your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary.
- Follow Up: If the refund still has not been received, contact us at Contact@creativebird.io.
9. Third-Party Services
Refunds for third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers. We will assist in facilitating the refund process but cannot guarantee the outcome.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
